About Site & Field Enterprise LLC
SITE AND FIELD ENTERPRISE, LLC (SAFE) corporate office is strategically located in the greater Houston Metropolitan area and was founded and incorporated in the State of Texas in 2006, by Mark E. Nelson presently working as the CEO/civil engineer for the firm. Over the past couple of years, SAFE has earned a reputation for providing commercial, local, state and federal entities with reliable, cost-effective design and/or build services.
Our 10-person staff consists of highly qualified professionals in civil engineering, and surveying. Our engineers are registered in Texas, Alabama, Florida, and Louisiana. SAFE having a diverse group working together, below is a list of professional services, but not limited to the following:

Feasibility Studies – Support client’s evaluation of options.

Site Investigation – Assist the design team in learning about the projected project site conditions.

Estimating – Develop preliminary budget and help owner manage cost during design and construction.

Value Engineering (VE) – Facilitate evaluation of lifecycle cost, quality, durability, and maintainability of the design.

Constructability Analysis – Although examining complexity is part of VE, SAFE will take a proactive role in looking at safety, schedule, and ease of construction are part of discussions during design.

Design review – At each phase of the design, SAFE produces a schedule, an estimate, and review comments that look specifically at construction-related and contractual issues. HELP TO MINIMIZE CHANGES IN THE FIELD.

Scheduling – Assist client in confirming that completion date can be met given the desired scope of work.

Long Lead Item Procurement – Identify items that must be bought early to arrive at the site in time for installation to meet schedule requirements.

Management style: we utilize Six Sigma quality methodology in managing design projects as well as the Project Management Institutes methodology (PMI) to manage the triple constraints of COST,
TIME and QUALITY; additionally managing RISK in our project equation.
