Dredging Division:
35 plus years of combined dredging experience Dredging contracts; Hopper, Cutter Head, Bucket Head, Hydraulic, Channel Deeping and Widening. Wharf upgrades, dike renovations,, beach nourishment, levee upgrade, upland disposal area management, QA/QC.
Utilities Division:
40 years of combined experience work on transmission line and substantiation for utility company across the USA. We have work on building 2B Power Plant, to design-build T/L project crossing Oklahoma. It is nothing SAFE can not do in the utility business, we eat and sleep utilities..
Civil Works Division:
Certified in Houston, TX to do underground drainage. SAFE has work with state and local government through Texas manage and constructing sitework. We placed over 25 miles of sidewalk in Houston, TX; several 500 space parking lots for school districts throughout Metro Houston.

Site and Field Enterprise, LLC (SAFE) was formed after working for 15 years with the United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) and more than seven years with one of the largest power companies in the United States. An owner leads SAFE with a civil engineering degree specializing in construction and project management. Safety was the top priority on all projects during the owner’s tenure working in corporate America. Because safety is the foundation for all successful projects, it was a must to incorporate SAFE in the logo for the firm established in 2006.
Since SAFE’s inception, we have completed $146 million in construction projects. We have worked on over a billion dollars of construction projects by adding construction management to our portfolio. We at SAFE specialize in Dredging, Utility (T/L & Substation), and Civil - site work.
